How often should I clean my office?

Areas such reception areas, cubicles and office kitchens may require daily cleaning.  We can help you assess your requirements and tailor our service package to your needs, with the number of visits, duration and the type of cleaning task to be carried out.

If there's a problem, who do I call?

If you see a problem while the team is on your site, you can talk to the team leader, whom will immediately attempt to correct the problem.  Or you can contact the office, who will work with the team to quickly correct the problem and enforce our guarantee.

What is Your Hourly Rate?

Area Cleaning Service may be able to give you a very wide range that takes into account all the possibilities of cleaning your facility or office.  However, we can't tell you a complete price sight unseen.  Because every location is unique, we base our pricing on factors like clutter, layout and even your office lifestyle, which affect the way we clean, so impact these factors impact the rate. That's why we like to meet you at your home before giving you a price.

How Many People Will Be Cleaning?

Typically, there will be at least (2) two Area Cleaning Service uniformed people in your facility. On some occasions, there may be (1) one person or more than (2) two.

 

For example, if you need emergency Area Cleaning Service - Services fast, the office staff may send three or more Area Cleaning Service uniformed people to do the job.

 

If your facility or area is very small, (1) one Area Cleaning Service uniformed person may be able to complete the job quickly and thoroughly. We will work with you so you know how many people will be in your home. We respect that your home is office or location is private in nature, and the trust you place in us by inviting us into your location should not be compromised.

Our pricing is completely individualized. Our vast experience has taught us that every location is as unique as the business operations there. Do you clean just once or do you require a long term agreement?

While most of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a regular schedule, we also clean locations every other week or with less frequency. Yes, we do special occasions.

What is the difference between Area Cleaning Service and another service?

1. We only focus on janitorial services as a business; We're not in the business of franchises, we do not sell our contacts and we do not sub-contract nor charge fees to people to work with us.

2. We're careful about who we hire as employees; We do Background checks to all our new hires, and properly train them our way.

3. Our company is a Licensed / Bonded / Insured Company. This means we're not some guy in a truck with a mop bucket and some rags.

4. A manager is assigned to every job and/or client; This person is more than just responsible for the crew, he / she is also responsible for handling keys, alarms, supplies, etc.

5. Every person on our team is uniformed and carries company identification; While on your premises, our cleaning crew maintains a proper “clean look, wearing the company uniform and displaying identification badges to avoid misunderstandings.

6. Your cleaning requirements are yours;
We'll tailor and customize to your cleaning specifications, for your individual cleaning needs.

7. We use quality cleaning equipment;
We use only appropriate, in-good-condition equipment and Safe cleaning products, we want you to notice the cleaning.

8. We're self evaluating;
We like to evaluate ourselves and "check in with you" in daylight.  So, we'll visit you from time to time (by appointment) at your convenience, for cleaning inspections or to hear from you the client.


9. We are available to our clients 24 / 7;
Basically a  phone call away, however, we also use great communication tools, such as logbooks, emails, etc.

10. Every single one of our clients is fully appreciated;
 the size or price we charge your company does not matter, we appreciate all of our clients, and our commitment is to our client satisfaction, we will do everything in our hands to provide Superlative Service, Quality, Professionalism.

Will you be using harsh chemicals?

Our cleaning chemicals are non hazardous biodegradable and environmentally friendly.  Above all they are completely safe to use in commercial as well us as domestic environment. Yes, we maintain MSDS sheets as well.

Will the cleaning operations affect the operations hours of my business?

Probably not. Our hours can be as flexible as you need them to be. We carry out work 24 hours 7 days a week to accommodate your business requirements.
